First the Old Lube Building was torn down and debris removed (This will be replaced in Phase III)

Next Excavation was done where the Lube building used to be to check for contamination and then the known tank was removed and iced.

Next the excavation continued on the South side of the building, here four tanks were removed along with the original water pressure tank.

On the East side was the largest of the five tanks removed.  Excavation here went down almost 30 feet and ended when groundwater was encountered.
